Portfolio
Selected work
My work combines funding, organisational development and practical delivery. These examples show the roles I can bring to an organisation or creative team.
Community theatre and organisational development
The Seagull, Lowestoft
Deputy Manager, producer and bid writer
The Seagull is a 146-seat community theatre and Arts Council England National Portfolio Organisation. My work includes fundraising, organisational development, project planning, producing, partnerships, community programmes and supporting the practical operation of the venue.
Major community event
Lowestoft Carnival
Event development, funding, producing and partnership coordination
The 2025 event involved around 60 volunteers, more than 30 local traders, 49 local organisations in the parade, 20 free theatre performances for children and collections for 30 charities, raising approximately £3,000.

New writing and touring
Productions and touring projects
My producing responsibilities have included fundraising, planning, budgets, creative-team coordination, venue liaison, touring schedules, audience development and supporting materials. Projects include work connected with Lovedale, Fresh Knickers (and a Gin & Tonic) and the accessible touring production It Comes in Waves.

Inclusive participation
Community and participatory programmes
As part of The Seagull’s senior team, I help develop, fund and oversee creative-health activity, dementia-friendly groups, work with disabled and neurodivergent participants, youth arts and targeted provision for children experiencing mental-health difficulties.
Confidential client work
Funding and organisational development
I have prepared applications, proposals, budgets, evaluation frameworks, business plans and supporting documents involving Arts Council England, The National Lottery Community Fund, BBC Children in Need, Youth Music, local authorities, community foundations and independent trusts.
