Independent theatre producer

Producing ambitious work with practical foundations

I work with writers, theatre-makers, venues and community organisations to develop and deliver productions, tours and arts projects.

The Seagull, Lowestoft

Understanding both sides of the venue relationship

As Deputy Manager of The Seagull, a 146-seat community theatre, I understand what artists and producers need from a venue—and what a venue needs before it can confidently programme and support a project.

I have particular experience of work for smaller venues and communities often underserved by mainstream cultural provision.

Fees

Support shaped around the project

Producing and project-management work is quoted according to the scale, timescale and responsibilities involved. I can support a defined piece of work, a development period or a longer producing relationship.
